This charitable act has met with support from locals and people from all over the world and has been seen as a successful example of multiple faiths and communities supporting each other and creating a better society. The Turkish restaurant owners, who are said to be Muslim, are supporting those who aren’t able to celebrate Christmas with friends and family. Which, in itself, is an important act that instills confidence and mutual respect between people of different faiths, and in communities locally and around the world.
Shish Restaurant‘s posters advertising their Christmas offer have been shared nearly 300,00 times on social media
